Pi and More 12½: The Schedule is finalized! Feb. 22, 2020

On March 14th Pi and More 12½ will take place at the University of Stuttgart. A diverse program awaits us:

  • 10 workshops on practical topics like soldering, Internet of Things, MicroPython and the Calliope,
  • 20 talks about Raspberry Pi & Co. for all levels - from beginners to professionals
  • A large project exhibition - exciting projects presented live
  • Guided tours in the computer museum of the University of Stuttgart - with demonstrations of the ancestors of today's computers

The full programme is available on the conference page.

Thanks to our sponsors, among others Würth-Elektronik und Rutronik, entry is free of charge. Please register if you want to attend.

Important: In order to ensure good support, there are only about 10-15 places available for workshops and guided tours. Therefore, registration at the information desk on the day of the event is necessary for workshops and guided tours. The available places will be allocated according to "first come, first served". We ask for your understanding that places may be allocated early. Unfortunately, no other form of registration is possible.

For some of the workshops you should bring your own material or cash for the kit. Details can be found in the description of each workshop.

Food and drinks will be provided on site.

As there are only a few parking spaces directly at the conference location, we recommend to travel by public transport. Details about this and available parking spaces nearby are available on on the conference page.

See you soon in Stuttgart! The Pi-and-More-Team

Note: As of today (March 7th, 13:00, no cancellation of the event is planned due to Covid-19. As a comparatively small conference with very few international visitors, we consider the risk for our participants to be rather low.

In order to reduce the risk as much as possible, we will take hygienic measures, e.g. when serving food. You can also help:

  • Do you currently suffer from flu-like symptoms (especially fever) or have you recently been to a risk area? In this case we ask you in the interest of the other participants not to come to the event. We plan to record and stream the talks live so that you can watch them from home.
  • Do you have serious pre-existing conditions or do you have regular contact with such persons? Also then you should better stay at home.
  • Washing your hands regularly with soap, especially after travelling by public transport and before eating, as well as hygiene for coughing and sneezing [3] are very effective ways of preventing the spread of viruses.
  • Shaking hands as a greeting should be avoided.

Should the situation change and we feel forced to cancel the event at short notice, we will inform you here. Registered participants will be informed additionally by e-mail.
